Ingredient: Salmon, cooked rice, sea weed, horseradish, green tea. Recipes: 1.Salmon slices preserved for about half an hour, absorb the surface moisture with facial tissue, pour a little oil into the non-stick cooker, put the salmon slices in the cooker, fry the slices until both sides become golden yellow, take them out and cut them into lumps for further use.
2. Cut (or tear) the sea weed into shreds, add appropriate quantity of horseradish according to individual flavor.
3. Make tea. It is best to use fried tea, however, in most of the cases green tea is used.
4. Put the salmon lumps and sea weed shreds into the hot rice successively, pour the tea into the rice, then add an appropriate quantity of horseradish according to individual taste and a few drops of fresh sauce.
