Hongming Food is transformed from a China-Japan joint venture with a registered capital of RMB 0.98 million Yuan. The company has a land area of 28,000 m2 and a building area of 12,000m2. The total investment is about RMB 15 million Yuan. The company has 98 fixed employees, of whom 4 are senior management personnel, 2 are professional engineers and 8 are engineers in other professions.

The main business of the company covers dewatered fruit series of agricultural products and by-products such as dry gourd, dewatered horseradish, dried sweet potato and daikon shreds. Currently the company owns a dry gourd hot air drying production line, a fruit and vegetable dewatering production line and a far ultrared drying production line; in order to develop the end market of food, the company has built a new snack horseradish paste production line and a vegetable water-boiling production line this year. Especially the equipment of the dry gourd hot air drying production line and the far ultrared drying production line are imported from Japan, and the technologies are supported by J＆C Company of Japan. The dry gourd and dried sweet potato produced by the production lines can be as good as the Japanese products. The vegetable dewatering production line of this company can produce different types of fruit and vegetable products of fine quality and high reputation, which have been sold to Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, the United States and Taiwan Region.

In order to guarantee the quality of products, the company has established a complete quality assurance system according to the requirements of the State Administration of Inspection and Quarantine, and has obtained ISO9001 and “HACCP” certifications. For the safety of food, the company has set up a special Base Management Department and Quality Management Department. The company has its own vegetable planting base, which has been registered in Liaoning Province Import & Export Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
